One of the most annoying things fans beg for, because it's not necessary, it's already perfect!! If I want to play Sonic Adventure, I play Sonic Adventure.
What I want is new Adventure style games where I can play as Knuckles. The bonus content for Sonic Frontiers did make me hopeful (and I enjoyed Sonic Frontiers! It was not Generations-style, and had some of the all over the place charm of Sonic Adventure, plus I'm happy Ian Flynn is writing Sonic games now), maybe I will get more games to my taste.
