Madame Tusspells from the The Great Ace Attorney games is technically a waxwork artisan, not a witch, but that's clearly her aesthetic. She has a cauldron of melted wax she threatens people with, and her work definitely gets macabre.
Along those lines, maybe the pokemon Lycanroc qualifies just by looking werewolf-like?
